For Sale!

It is my great pleasure to announce that the first of our felt mobiles is up for sale on our Folksy shop! It is a small bird mobile in blues & florals and I am very proud to have created it from scratch. Starting from the initial design sketches, through making up scale drawings & templates, choosing materials, and finally hand-cutting & hand-sewing the little birds! Here are a couple of little pictures:

Launching Sophie's Room on Folksy!

In the last couple of weeks I have been busy with a couple of Sophie's Room projects. The first has been finally turning designs into completed mobiles. More about that later! The second, and the subject of this blog post, has been launching a wonderful new online shop on Folksy!
